Linda has worked in countryside ranger roles across the country since 1980 and joined CMA in 1981. She became Membership Secretary for several years before becoming a board member in 2014. Her main interest is in mammals, from badgers, bats and hedgehogs to gorillas in Africa. Linda runs a charity, Gearing Up 4 Gorillas (G4G), that supports rangers in Virunga NP, DR Congo. In 2019, she was elected Vice President of the International Ranger Federation.
