Coppicing is a traditional woodland management technique - learn how and why it works. A practical hands-on day undertaking the coppicing of Hazel trees. Durlston Country Park National Nature Reserve was Dorset’s first Country Park and has been owned and managed by Dorset County Council since 1976.
