An opportunity to explore the blue spaces created, recreated and maintained at Beckenham Place Park.
Meet our Thames21 project officer to talk about the river restoration work as part of our latest phase of redevelopment.
We will also take a wider look at the work that has happened at Beckenham Place Park over the last few years since it’s regeneration from a public golf course.
We will be outdoors for the majority of the day using the Gardener’s Cottage volunteer hub for lunch and hot drinks.
Hot drinks and biscuits provided, bring packed lunch, café on site.
When travelling to a study day please car share or use public transport where possible. The closest stations are Beckenham Hill station (Thameslink) and Beckenham Junction (SouthEastern).
