We will be looking at the new Wildlife Discovery Centre and how it has functioned during the various restrictions imposed during Covid, followed by a walk around 70 acres lake, when, as well as discussing the four conference themes, we have the opportunity to enjoy the local wildlife.
We’ll include some time for you to tell us about your own sites and projects. This is an opportunity to share insights and spark discussion on the issues we currently face on the front line and our potential responses as a Countryside Management and greenspace sector. We’ll be feeding back with the top three points of discussion to the conference on the 9th March.
Please bring a packed lunch if required. Suitable footwear for surfaced paths with some muddy patches. Toilets available, hot drinks provided. Please arrive in time for prompt 11am start.
FREE EVENT: One of the CMAs ‘Regional Reconnections’ events ahead of this year’s virtual conference. Regional Reconnections events are open to members and non-members.
