Roger started his career in agricultural research before making the switch to protected area management. He joined CMA in 1996, taking on various responsibilities within the Association. An active member of the International Ranger Federation, he has attended many World Ranger Congresses. In 2017 he was elected Vice President of the European Ranger Federation.
