CMA photo competition 2021 – entries now closed

20 October 2021

This year CMA is celebrating the work of countryside and greenspace professionals by collating and sharing inspirational photos of you and your colleagues at work.

We are looking for images of staff and volunteers undertaking habitat management, estate work, and wildlife survey and monitoring; leading events and school visits; engaging with visitors and volunteers and anything else which forms an interesting part of your role. This isn’t a competition for photos just of wildlife or landscapes. Above all we want to see images of the people working to protect, enhance and interpret the precious countryside and greenspace in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Prizes!

As an extra incentive to join in and submit an entry, we have teamed up with the Natural History Book Service (NHBS) to offer some fantastic prizes: a £100 voucher for first prize and £50 vouchers for two runners-up. Anyone familiar with NHBS will know that they offer an unrivalled range of wildlife and conservation books and publications and a wide selection of field equipment, meaning there is going to be something that will appeal to everyone who enters. See www.nhbs.com.

We are using the PollUnit online voting and contests website to host the competition.  Visit the competition homepage or click on the QR code and submit your photo(s). The competition will run to the end of December 2021 and will be judged by the CMA Board.

So don’t delay – get snapping and send those entries in!
