20 years of LIFE+ on Orford Ness - hosted by the National Trust. The day will include a tour of the Ness to look at the history and ecology of the site and recent management work funded by an EU LIFE+ grant. Meet at Orford Quay. Pentwyn Farm Nature Reserve, Penallt, Monmouth, NP25 4SE
Course is 10am – 4pm
Course will include a presentation and a guided walk around Pentwyn Farm and Wyeswood Common, looking at Gwent Wildlife Trust’s work in managing a SSSI grassland site and recreating a wood pasture site on former intensive dairy pasture.
Please bring your own lunch.
