Losehill Hall reprieved!

As you may be aware, Losehill Hall was under review and, I'm very pleased to be able to tell you that the report regarding the future of Losehill Hall was put to Peak District National Park Authority members at a meeting last Friday, and that there was a unanimous vote in support of the recommendation that Losehill Hall should be retained and developed. In fact, they said some very positive things about Losehill Hall and the passion and dedication of its staff, and made it absolutely clear that they thought Losehill Hall should continue to owned and run by the National Park.

Thank you to all of you who have either written to the Chief Executive and Chair of the National Park Authority, or encouraged others to do likewise, during the uncertain time we went through towards the end of last year. We are convinced that this did have a marked effect on the views of the Members in particular, as they definitely all seemed to be of one mind last week, when they certainly hadn't been previously! Long may it remain so.

Many thanks,
Janice.
